Most effective way of training is participating actively in the process of learning and teaching. This can be done in informal get-togethers where the bounderies between those who teach and those who study doesnt practically exist. Truth and knowledge will come out in active discussions in where absolutely everybody take part. This can only be done if people are open-minded and ready to impove theirselves.
