1. General Terms
OÜ Baltic Business Analysis (hereinafter as the Company) operates mainly in internet and offers information on public companies (hereinafter the information). The Clients are corporate bodies or private persons who buy the information from the Company. By making a purchase Clients automatically confirm that they have read the Companys terms and agree completely with them.

2. Services
The information provided by the Company is purely informative and might not be up-to-date, accurate and right, but the Company does everything to avoid providing out of date and wrong information. The Company doesn’t take responsibility of the consequences caused by the use of the information provided by the Company. The information provided by the Company should be taken for as an addition to information gathered by the Client itself or gotten from elsewhere. The Company and its employees can own shares of the companies it analyzes and it is mentioned beside the information provided if it’s possible. Since the positions might change quite quickly, the Company doesn’t guarantee that the position mentioned beside the information is up-to-date. The Company does everything it can to provide neutral information from reliable sources. The Company brings to Clients attention that all the viewpoints, assumptions made about the future and the past of the company analyzed are based on personal opinion of the author and they might change in the course of time. Information and reports provided by the Company are for information purposes only, and should not be considered a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Information provided by the company should not be considered an investment advise.
The Client may not copy, sell, deal information provided by the Company to third parties without a permission of the Company. The Client may not change or cut the information provided by the Company without a permission of the Company. The Client may use the information provided by the Company only for personal needs. The information provided by the Company is in pdf-file format and is secured against copying, changing and cutting.

3. Prices and Payment
Payments are made by credit card, whereby clients from Estonia cannot pay by credit card. Prior registration to subscribe or purchase documents is needed. Client is obligated to reveal during the registration process his/her full name and e-mail address. The Company doesn’t take responsibility if the purchased information doesn’t become available to download by the fault of the Clients internet browser or computer or if the Client inserted incorrect credit card data on the secured site of Card Centre of Banks Ltd (Pankade Kaardikeskuse AS). In such cases the Client must notify the Company that the information didn’t become available to download. The Company has the right to change the pricelist without giving an advance notice to the Client.
The Clients can pay by VISA or MasterCard credit cards. The Company doesn’t see the credit card data entered by the Client. For making a credit card transaction the client is directed to the Card Centre of Banks Ltd secured environment. In the process of payment card owner enters its card data to the database situated in the server of the Card Centre of Banks and the data is also preserved in the server situated in the Card Centre of Banks. Asking the credit card data the SSL, MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by VISA is used.

4. Money Refund
The Company refunds money for purchased information to the Client, if the Client gives the Company an adequate reason in writing, why the Client isnt satisfied with the purchased information.

5. Other
The Company has the right to change its terms whenever the Company considers it necessery.
