OÜ Baltic Business Analysis (hereinafter as the Company) operates mainly in internet and offers information on companies (hereinafter the information). The Clients are corporate bodies or private persons who buy the information from the Company. By making a purchase Clients automatically confirm that they have read the Companys privacy policy and agree completely with it.
2. Personal Data
The prior registration is required for making a purchase on the Company’s web page (www.balticbusinessanalysis.com). The Clients given names, surname, country, e-mail address is asked during the purchase process. The Client is obligated to reveal the right data about itself. The Company is obligated not to reveal the Clients personal data to third parties with an exception of cases regulated by the law. The Company uses the Clients personal data for sending the ordered information, gathering statistics and contacting the Client if questions related to the order occur. The Company doesn’t send advertisements nor offers to the Clients e-mail address, except if the Client wishes to get such material. The Clients can pay by VISA or MasterCard credit cards. The Company doesn’t see the credit card data entered by the Client. For making a credit card transaction the client is directed to the Card Centre of Banks Ltd secured environment. In the process of payment card owner enters its card data to the database situated in the server of the Card Centre of Banks and the data is also preserved in the server situated in the Card Centre of Banks. Asking the credit card data the SSL, MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by VISA is used.
